Bodywork is a mixture of therapies adapted to your needs on the day. I use a client centered approach to work in partnership with you. We will look at all branches of health and wellbeing to support you back to full holistic health and vitality. The sessions may pulls upon clinical, sports and complementary therapies, as well as applying infrared light therapy, exercise prescription home programs, and homecare information around nutrition, breathwork, relaxation techniques to manage pain, small daily habits to support every system, as well as your emotion and mental health, depending on your individual needs.

Sports Therapy
Sports (Soft Tissue) Therapy for preventative and maintenance. Effective in supporting you through sport training schedules, managing work loads and daily life activities. .
Working in partnership, we can assess lifestyle stressors, muscle imbalances and look for creative ways for you to train efficiently, avoiding repetitive strain injuries and optimising strength training to suit your evolving needs.
Deep Tissue
Deep tissue massage focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue and is aimed at clients who are suffering from chronic aches and pains, or athletes who require maintenance. This treatment will work mainly on the affected area until the pain has eased, however, a whole-body approach is used as up to date research has highlighted more effective outcomes.
