Update

A little update

Back in March, we said goodbye to our home, my studios — a way of living and working for a long time. It felt like the right time for a change — and it has been. The shift has been especially positive for the children, which was the aim.

Right now, life looks a little different.

Work is quieter, a little less structured, and still finding its shape. I’m doing a couple of days a week in Barnstaple over the summer, offering bodywork and complementary therapies. Alongside that, I’m taking some time to:

Be with my family.
Slow things down.
Step out of constantly building, adapting, and striving.

Just time to be, and to enjoy our summer.

I’ll be gently stepping back into studying from September. I’ve chosen to go deeper into acupuncture and positive psychology coaching, because I love both Eastern medicine and psychology, and I’m curious to keep learning. It feels like a natural direction, grounded in what I’ve seen through practical experience with clients over the past 18 months.

Over the past six years, I’ve learnt a lot — through study, through work, and through all of you. I’m excited to deepen the coaching side of my business, building on aspects that will enable me to continue being a therapist into my older years.

For this summer, my focus is to keep things as simple as possible.

In September, things will take a more settled shape. I’m hoping to move into a more permanent space where I can offer health coaching again, and to work in collaboration with a brilliant specialist women’s health physio — which I’m really looking forward to. I’ll share more on that when the time comes.

For now, if you do need me, I’m here a couple of days a week — and if not, I’ll see you on the other side of summer.

Thank you, as always, for your patience and support.
