Merry Christmas And Happy 2026
A little re-introduction of my work
Over many years I trained continuously — bodywork, teacher training, sports therapy, exercise rehab, Pilates, and a degree in Health & Wellbeing Science. On paper it looked impressive, but in reality I hadn’t yet fully integrated it or learned how to apply it practically. I knew a lot, yet felt unsure how it all fitted together.
Over the last 18 months, I deliberately stopped doing courses and focused on improving my practical application — especially assessment skills, systems to support clients between sessions, and working with people who are truly suited to my approach.
I worked with a great company for six months, which allowed me to practise Sports Therapy — a title I’d always been hesitant to use, as I don’t fit neatly into the athlete or sports-injury box.
What I do love is pain and injury assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation, combining science, intuition, and a holistic way of working.
This experience helped me move away from general massage and towards work that feels more aligned. I’m pleased to have found my sweet spot and very grateful for the learning along the way.
I’ve created a space that’s practical for assessment and exercise prescription, while still feeling calm, supportive, and conducive to healing.
My current offerings include:
• Pain & injury assessment, treatment and exercise rehab for the general population
• Chronic pain and long-term health condition packages (exercise prescription, nutrition, hands-on therapy and lifestyle support)
• Bodywork sessions incorporating lymphatic work, breathwork, vagus nerve support and fascial work — tailored to individual needs
• Support for women navigating menopause, stress management and emotional fatigue
I’ve enjoyed stepping away from distractions and finding a good balance between structure and creativity. I’ve also really valued hands-on learning and researching to better support my clients.
Lastly, I want to say how grateful I am to be working with such wonderful people — for the loyalty, the fun and the laughter. I hope you all have a relaxing Christmas break and New Year, and I look forward to working with you in 2026.
