This four-day course is for people who have qualified in L3 massage and would like to start supporting their clients with structural and emotional positive change, using Fascial lines to work with clients to correct postural dysfunction and pain.
The objectives for the four days are to feel confident in:
- Understanding fascia and how we can work releasing trauma, pain, and compensation patterns to enable the client to live pain-free, have increased ROM, Muscle strength, and improved posture.
- Structural Assessments for each client, for fascial postural dysfunction.
- Bodywork using fascial lines.
- Understanding common relationships between muscle groups and how they behave over a period of stress, sport/activity overuse, and illness.
- Using the assessment to work through and release tension, holding patterns, and postural dysfunction.
- Using appropriate deep tissue, sports, and soft tissue therapy techniques that I have found to be the most effective for each area.

I've just completed an accredited Hot Stone Massage course with Sam and can’t recommend her enough. She has a wealth of knowledge and a brilliant teaching style. I've come away feeling confident with the routine and very excited to introduce the new massage style to my clients. I've already signed up to do the Indian Head Massage course too! Thank you, Sam!
Sam has been a self-employed tutor for me for five years. She has consistently trained in CPD courses to offer a wide range of diplomas. She is very self-motivated and passionate.
Her teaching style gets the best out of people, especially those lacking in confidence where she is very accommodating to individual needs and supports the students 100%.
I felt Sam was the right person to teach me a massage, as she has a relaxed and professional approach. When I had questions or didn’t understand an area within the course or demonstration, Sam has the ability and deep knowledge to be able to reword and show in another way that could be understood. Sam’s approach feels as if she is listening to you and instills confidence. I would highly recommend Sam as a tutor and the courses that she offers.
If you want to learn massage, I cannot recommend Sam enough. I have been lucky enough to have had Sam as my tutor on several courses and always come away learning much more than the course promised. She is passionate and relaxed and that comes across in her teaching. Cannot recommend it highly enough.
The sports therapy course is so concise that it’s foolproof and although I assumed everyone was taught in the same way, you find yourself very quickly working towards your client’s needs rather than producing a standardized routine for the millionth time. Work doesn't get boring. Also, you still find yourself supported after training and wanting to do more courses.
I have trained with Sam on several courses. Sam has a great relaxed and enjoyable way of teaching. Her knowledge of muscles and the body is vast. It is obvious that Sam has invested a lot of time into studying and she teaches to your individual needs.
